These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sale of artisanal food products (extra virgin olive oil, honey) offered on the pingarota.fr website.
3. Products
We offer premium artisanal products:
- Extra virgin olive oil, Portugal
- Artisanal lavender honey
Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Any order placed on pingarota.fr constitutes a sales contract. By confirming your order, you accept these GTC. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available on the site.
7. Delivery
We deliver to mainland France. Delivery is free on all orders to mainland France. For delivery requests to other destinations, please contact us at contact@pingarota.fr. Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
9. Warranties
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the Consumer Code.
10. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is used solely for processing your order and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the pingarota.fr website (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Pingarota.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
