Return and Refund Policy
At Pingarota, your satisfaction is our priority.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused
- Food products (olive oil, honey) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons
- You must notify us of your wish to return by email at contact@pingarota.fr
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email at contact@pingarota.fr with your order number
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Send the product back to the indicated address
- Once the return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 14 days
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at contact@pingarota.fr with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return costs.
