The origin

My passion for olive oil began at the age of 6, when I accompanied my father to deliver the freshly harvested olives to the press. It was a magical moment: the sunrise, the excitement of the harvest, and the intoxicating smell of ripe olives. Every trip to the press was an adventure, and every time I arrived, there was this lady working there, ready to make me a delicious slice of toast.

I nostalgically remember the first bite of this toast, generously spread with freshly pressed olive oil. This combination of flavors, the warm, crispy bread with the fresh, fruity olive oil, left an indelible mark on my memory. It was a taste of happiness, simplicity, and connection with the earth.

Today, at 62, when I return to that press, the familiar smells of olive oil and toasted bread instantly transport me to that bygone era. They awaken the child in me, full of wonder and curiosity. Each visit reminds me not only of the hard work of my father and the olive oil producers, but also of the family legacy I continue today.

My love for olive oil is not just a passion, it is a life story, a tradition that I am proud to pass on and share with those who appreciate the richness and quality of this exceptional product.
