  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Send the product back to the indicated address
  4. Once the return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 14 days

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at contact@pingarota.fr with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return costs.
